MUBA is located at the Rotonda della Besana and the main entrance is on Via Enrico Besana 12. See the dedicated section. 

MUBA is located inside the historic Rotonda di Via Besana complex. The main entrance is on Via Enrico Besana 12. To reach the museum entrance, you must walk along a path paved with stone and brick. The path is interrupted for about two metres by a gravel path. The entrance door is made of glass, opens manually inwards or outwards, and leads directly to the ticket office. The ticket office counter is 120 cm high.

All MUBA activities and exhibitions are located on the ground floor. The museum is accessible to people with reduced mobility and can be visited with wheelchairs or other mobility aids. The toilets are located on floor -1 and can be reached by lift.

Animals are not permitted inside the Museum, with the exception of guide dogs and assistance dogs used in pet therapy, upon presentation of IAA certification.

The toilets are located on floor -1 and can be reached by lift. There are two toilets dedicated to people with disabilities.

A baby changing facility is available in the area in front of the toilets on level -1. The unattended pushchair area is located in the entrance hall near the ticket office.

Inside the MUBA play areas, there are shelves where you can leave coats, jackets, bags and backpacks. These areas are not supervised. Lost items are kept for 15 days. You can contact the lost property office by sending an email to info@muba.it.

The Rotonda di via Besana garden is a municipal public garden with a small playground. The green area is surrounded by a colonnaded portico accessible only by stairs. For more information on the garden and opening hours, please refer to the dedicated page on the Milan City Council website.

Emergency routes are marked. The alarm system is visual and audible. There are two maps providing emergency information, one in the Remida area and one in the museum lobby.
